Staffmark is Hiring a Reach Truck Operator Near Wheeling, IL
Pay Rate: $18 per hour, plus a $3.00 shift differential for 3rd shift.
Shift: 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a Stand-Up Reach Truck for a minimum of 2 years.
- Provide excellent customer service by accurately pulling, packaging, converting, shipping, and loading orders, ensuring they are free from visible damage or defects.
- Pull, pack, stage, or convert orders for shipment using work orders or verbal instructions.
- Package materials according to shipping requirements or customer instructions.
- Generate labels, check stock, input shipping data, prepare UPS/FedEx shipments, and create shipping manifests using computer equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safety and proper securing of loads.
- Complete and maintain all forms and records accurately.
- Perform housekeeping duties to keep the work area clean and debris-free.
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience operating a Stand Up Reach Truck in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
