- Manage project's definition, scope, goals, and deliverables
- Provide execution and improvements for project budgets, schedules, and technical performances
- Prep and monitor change orders, shop drawings, field drawings, scope of work assessments, and other major project details
- Manage the subcontractor selection process
- 5 years experience as a Senior Project Manager with increasing responsibilities
- Commercial construction experience is required
- 5 years experience with Steel Fabrication/Steel Construction
