We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fixing appliances and providing excellent customer service. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various household appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and more. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure timely and effective repairs for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair various household appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate estimates for repairs.
• Order necessary parts and maintain inventory levels.
• Collect multiple forms of payments from customers.
• Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on repair status.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of appliance repair techniques and tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification from a recognized appliance repair training program.
• Previous experience working with a variety of appliance brands.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
