General Parts is seeking Commercial; Kitchen Technicians with 3-5 years of experience preferably working on commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment repairs. An EPA certification is a plus but not required for this role. You should also have a wide range of hand tools, although all job specific tools will be provided. We encourage those who have a background in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical or commercial building maintenance to apply.

Responsibilities:

· Utilize troubleshooting skills to install, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.

· Collaborate with customers to provide effective service solutions for their equipment, including gas, electric, and steam systems.

· Order and install replacement parts in customer equipment, coordinating with the parts department.

· Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call duties.

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or GED.

· Two years of relevant experience, education, or military experience preferred.

· Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

· Strong mechanical aptitude, including electronics, steam, gas, and refrigeration.

· CFESA Certification is a plus.

· Must be highly safety-conscious.

· Moderate to heavy lifting and carrying (up to 75 pounds).

· Requires frequent walking, standing, driving, sitting, squatting, kneeling, reaching overhead, bending, twisting, and turning.

· Must be able to use hands for fine manipulation of hand tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
