Truity Partners, LLC is Hiring a Collections Specialist Near Waukesha, WI
Truity Partners is supporting a client in Waukesha, WI with their search for a Collections Specialist. This is an interim project, estimated to last 3-4 months. The role will be 100% onsite, with a full-time 40 hours-per-week schedule. Compensation was estimated at $22.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact customers who have past-due invoices via phone calls, emails, and mailings
- Remind customers of their payment obligations, arrange payment plans if necessary
- Reduce days outstanding of invoices through collections of those past due accounts
- Resolve payment discrepancies and adjustments
- Maintain records of collection efforts
- Ensure that billings and payments are recorded in ERP system
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3 years of prior Collections (or relevant Accounts Receivable) experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- ERP experience highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High School diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
