Job Title: Medical Device Project Manager
Location-Type: De Plaines, IL
Start Date Is: ASAP
Duration: Contract
Compensation Range: $50-58 Per Hour W2

Candidates typically start at the lower half of the estimated range.
- This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility.
Must Haves
- Project Manager with experience with medical devices.
- Does Not have to be a strictly PM title – if they understand diagnostics or medical devices and have experience in collaboration across teams that would be fine
- Diagnostics/ Diagnostics equipment experience
- Regulated environments, business environment – not IT
- Managing SA Launches
- 2 years of experience
- Breaking down timelines and working with SMEs in the diagnostics arena
- A good understanding of clinical, design controls, and working in a regulated environment is needed.
- Experience with working with a cross-functional team in a science/lab/clinical environment and leading the team.
- Excellent intrapersonal skills and ability to negotiate with a team. An understanding of diagnostic assays is preferred.
- Bachelor in a science-focused area or engineering
- PMP

- Project management experience (creating timelines from beginning to end) and problem-solving
