Job Details
Essential Duties of the Salesforce BSA:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce solutions.
- Document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and recommendations for Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
- 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of both Salesforce functionality and business processes.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (e.g., workflows, process builder, Apex triggers)
- Proficiency in data analysis and mapping, with experience using tools such as Excel or Salesforce Data Loader.
- B.S. in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- $75,000 - $95,000 (based on experience)
- 3 days remote per week
