JOB DESCRIPTON:The Senior Marketo Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Marketo instance, be the “face” and the champion of the marketing automation technology to the non-technical parts of our organization, de-risks the environment, and builds the guardrails that take the fear of making mistakes away from users, allowing them to effectively do their jobs.
The Senior Marketo Administrator will be primarily responsible for creating, testing, and maintaining all aspects of our Marketo instance, and all integrated applications. The Senior Marketo Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams across the Fullsight organization to ensure that the automation efforts and processes are aligned with business goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and a track record of success in a similar role with business process experience in applying technology to bring about improvements and resolutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure our Marketo instance is best-in-class to support global business requirements.
- Operate, configure, troubleshoot, and administer Marketo.
- Proactively review and identify areas to increase efficiency with automation.
- Help evolve the global marketing tech stack administration & execution including evaluating new technologies to build out our stack.
- Implement quality control procedures and participate in cross-functional data hygiene/governance initiatives and maintain data quality for the global marketing database.
- Keep system users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including operational processes, workflows, and training documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing automation efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Train and support users on Marketo processes and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or related field, preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an administrator in Marketo with Advanced experience with developing and maintaining Marketo, required.
- Extremely detail oriented, self-starter who can multi-task well in a fast-paced, growth driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility to multi-task across projects with varying deadlines.
- Understanding of the lead funnel and strategies to optimize lead conversions.
- Marketing operations experience as it relates to email nurturing, funnel optimization, and database management.
- Thorough understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, proactive in analyzing performance and making improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A working knowledge of data retention practices and privacy laws, including CASL, GDPR and CCPA a plus.
- Experience with B-to-B results-oriented demand generation and digital marketing campaigns
