Role and Responsibilities

HYBRID-REMOTE AND WORK AT HOME

· Process daily bank deposits to company and customers

· Responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues

· Generate monthly aging reports

· Make daily collection calls

· Conduct account research and analysis

· Prepare and maintain various reports

· Send statement to outstanding customers

· Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues

· Adhere to company policies and procedures

· Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

EDUCATION and Qualifications Requirements

· High School, G.E.D. or some college

· One year of prior Accounting or Collections work experience

· Excellent written and oral communications

· Some knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook

· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel -v lookups, pivot tables

· Knowledge of Basic Math skills

· Strong organization skills

· Ability to Multitask
