MGC Roofing is Hiring a Quality Conrol Manager - Utah Near Warner Robins, GA
Responsible for executing the management and logistics of daily workflow production for assigned construction projects. Oversight, compliance, and recording of safety for the assigned project. Assisting the Project Manager by communicating inventory, potential issues and opportunities, and job performance/daily completion progress. Assist in the planning and controlling of every stage (from pre-construction, through to competion) of roofing installations or repairs of commercial and governmental properties construction projects. Complete projects on time and within budget. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and execute safety plan and compliance oversite Identify and rectify any practical problems in achieving the planned result Supervise teams and inspect the quality of work to ensure standard are met. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of unifieed facilities guide specifications for section 7. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is performed in outside weather conditions. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Responsibilities include interviewing, training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
