Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their insurance policies, coverage options, claims process, billing issues, and policy renewals.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about various insurance products and services.
- Update and maintain customer records accurately in the company’s database.
- Work closely with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other departments to ensure seamless service to customers.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Experience:

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in the Insurance Industry or customer service
- Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively

- Current active P&C License

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer for most of the workday.

- Occasional lifting of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
