Description of Employment:
- Assist and help all customers, through the front counter or on the phone, find the correct parts in a professional and efficient manner
- Inform the customer of our entire product line and offerings to ensure they find the right part at the right price
- Set up orders for either daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up for charge and cash accounts
- Go the extra mile to help locate any out-of-stock parts from outside vendors or submit an emergency order, if necessary, to help communicate an order
- Complete all training programs required
- Keep organized records of all repair orders, invoices, and special-ordered parts
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week
- DMS experience
- Ability to pass a drug screen, background check and physical exam
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Bilingual (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
