Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for our client in Vancouver, WA. The person in this job will need their own tools and have knowledge of Hyster and Toyota forklifts, wheel end loaders and cranes.

Mechanic Pay: $27 - $32 an hour DOE

Mechanic Shift: Swing

Mechanic Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics and repair Hyster and Toyota forklifts, wheel end loaders and cranes

• Follow OSHA standards

• Trouble shooting and repair of low voltage electrical systems

• Change tires, brakes and drive train components

• Maintain accurate written logs and records

• Perform preventive maintenance of all company equipment

• Perform some building and facility maintenance repairs when needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license

• Clean driving record

• Tools (any specialty tools will be provided)

• Basic experience with welding and fabricating

• Experience troubleshooting and or repairing balers, tie wire strappers, and air conditioning is preferred but not required

• Operation of forklifts, cranes, wheel loaders and skid steers helpful but not required
