Inspired by the ingredients, techniques and heritage from West Texas down to the Gulf Coast, Ometeo's foundation will be rooted inTex Mex tradition, heightened by our restaurant group's passion for seafood and local produce.

We have a reputation of building very strong and loyal regular neighborhood followings and so we are actively looking for hospitality professionals to join our team who will be focused on doing the same in our newest venue.

Ideal candidates are prefered to have both fine dining and high volume experience; are reliable, efficient and organized;

are excellent TEAM players and truly enjoy providing memorable guest experiences. Candidates bring a positive and professional approach to the position and possess a genuine passion and enthusiasm for hospitality and the restaurant business.

Desired Qualifications :

• Ideally 1-2 years of relevant high volume / upscale dining experience
• Strong leadership and strategic management skills
• Professional, punctual, reliable
• Team oriented mindset
• Ability to drive performance and success of the restaurant and staff
• Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time and working both indoors and outdoors
