Small Steps Learning Academy is now interviewing for a qualified and certified Child Care Director who is an experienced, high performing individual with management experience and assist with office and kitchen duties.

Qualified applicants must have:

* Texas director non-expiring license or CDA

* a high school diploma or its equivalent.

* First Aid and CPR certifications.

* Minimum Experience: at least two (2) years in childcare

* Familiarity with Texas State minimum standards and regulations applicable to a licensed childcare center.

* The necessary management and marketing skills to ensure maximum enrollment and profitability, as well as maintaining Licensing standards.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*Familiar with the USDA Food Program.

*Flexiable working in the kitchen as a cook and as a director.
