Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media platforms to promote company culture and attract potential candidates
- Review resumes, schedule interviews, and interview potential employees
- On-board and orientate new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Maintain up to date collections on all clients
- Establish focused business development and recruiting plans
- Execute client visits insuring customer satisfaction
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary
- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates and customers for open positions and new business
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing customer profiles and needs
