YVES ROCHER SRL, importante Societa' operante nel settore della cosmesi vegetale,ricerca per alcuni negozi di Roma, un/a STORE MANAGER con esperienza. La risorsa inserita avr la responsabilit di un punto vendita in termini di tenuta dellimmagine di negozio, gestione del personale e dellamministrazione, animazione commerciale. Come ambasciatore della Marca Yves Rocher, dovr garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato attraverso le seguenti attivit: -Rispetto delle politiche commerciali e di visual merchandising; -Servizio al cliente e controllo dei principali KPI; -Gestione dello stock: ordini, riassortimento, tester e magazzino; -Apertura e chiusura del Negozio; -Organizzazione dello Staff attraverso la redazione dei planning orari settimanali; -Formazione e valutazione dello staff assegnato. **Profilo**
* Diploma di maturit e corsi di perfezionamento conseguiti presso istituti commerciali; preferibile titolo universitario ad indirizzo economico, giuridico o umanistico;
* Esperienza di almeno 1 anno nel ruolo, sviluppata in un contesto retail strutturato;
* Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese, la conoscenza della lingua francese verr considerato un plus;
* Ottimo orientamento al cliente e capacit di comunicazione;
* Orientamento al risultato;
* Buona attitudine al lavoro di squadra, attraverso lesercizio di una leadership positiva.
