**Accounts Receivable:**

Apply cash receipts in a timely and accurate manner

Resolve discrepancies, working with appropriate depts

Verify cash receipts from checks, ACHs, wires and credit cards

Answer incoming calls and process customer credit card payments

**Skill and Experience Requirements** :

5 years of cash applications experience

Strong organization and problem solving skills

Knowledge of MS Office suite, Word, Outlook and intermediate Excel

Excellent written and verbal communications and customer service skills - working with internal and external customer

Experience with Ms Word, Excel, Outlook is needed, plus Microsoft Dynamics a plus

Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
