What You'll Do
- Coordinates scheduling of all therapy staff.
- Coordinates patient scheduling with nursing staff to ensure timely care delivery.
- Ensures the provision of the highest quality care to residents and families.
- Demonstrates support for and leadership in achieving the mission of AdvantageCare Rehabilitation.
- Manages the performance of therapy department personnel.
- Ensures therapists are current with all mandatory and/or required in-services.
- Tracks and ensures all rehab staff are current with PPDs (tuberculosis testing).
- Tracks physician orders and signatures for therapy services.
- Tracks annual screens and notifies therapists for necessary screenings.
- Reviews QIR (Quality Indicator Report) monthly for changes and reports to Director of Rehab.
- Completes technical audits of charts to ensure all documentation is present and accurate.
- Facilitates proctoring for telehealth visits and ensures smooth telehealth operations.
About You
- You are a Certified Athletic Trainer
- You bring knowledge of a Long Term Care setting preferred.
- You have experience in business or have an educational background in Business Administration.
