Kemp Klein Law Firm is Hiring a Litigation Paralegal Near Troy, MI

We are a thriving, established Troy law firm with practice areas in estate planning, corporate and tax planning, civil litigation, mergers and acquisitions, probate litigation, probate/trust administration, employment/labor relations, real estate, family law, bankruptcy.
We are currently looking for a full-time, experienced paralegal, with specific experience in civil litigation and exposure to all other types of law we practice here. This is a great opportunity for a team-worker who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience in in civil litigation, including filing in all local, state and federal courts, legal research, file management, including monitoring court schedules and filing deadlines, preparing and drafting pleadings, assisting attorneys with trial/mediation/deposition/arbitration/hearings and meeting preparation, coordinate and manage document production and discovery, maintain and update client files, client interactions, etc.
This position will not exclusively be for litigation support. Our paralegals overlap among practice areas, depending on need. Areas of corporate and real estate frequently overlap with litigation and familiarity/exposure in those practice areas will also be helpful, and a willingness to learn is very important.
