Kirk Automations is looking for a candidate with a strong background in computer-aided design (CAD) software, project management, and team leadership.

You must have experience in Catia, NX, Solidworks, Inventor or Autocad.

The CAD Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of all CAD-related activities, ensuring that design projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation, modification, and management of CAD drawings and models for various engineering projects.
• Develop and implement CAD standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
• Identify and address potential CAD-related issues, including file compatibility, data integrity, and version control, to minimize project risks and maximize efficiency.
• Evaluate new CAD tools, technologies, and methodologies, and recommend and implement changes as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and incorporate these insights into CAD processes and projects.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, helping them to develop their CAD skills and contribute effectively to the team.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
