As an Insurance Commercial / Personal Lines Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial / personal lines service department.

Your responsibilities will include processing certificate requests, assisting the service department with various tasks, and serving as a backup receptionist.

This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.

The position is based in our office, but we offer flexibility with the ability to work remotely 1 day per week after the initial training period.
