- 一般的な経理機能、監査、財務諸表分析の管理
- 内部統制と ERP システムの導入
- IPO 準備の推進
- 経理チームの指導
- 会計またはファイナンスの学士号、 CPA/MBA 優遇
- 監督を含む 5 年以上の経理経験
- GAAP および原価計算の知識
- スタートアップ経験者優遇
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップ
- エクセルと財務システムに精通していること
- コーチング、メンタリング能力
- 資金調達や M&A の経験
- 政府プロジェクトやプロジェクトマネジメントに精通していること
- 多国籍企業での会計スキル
- ベンチャーキャピタルの資金調達に関する基礎知識
- 必須技術ツール（ピボットテーブル、スクリプトなど）に精通していること
給与・ 福利厚生
- 給与 USD 110,000- 140,000
