Thomaston Counseling Center is a beautiful victorian building tucked away up on a hill on the Main Street in Thomaston, CT in Litchfield County. We have close HWY access and on a bus route. We are close to Middlebury, Waterbury, and other surrounding towns. TCC/Building has been under new ownership/management since 2018.

Depending on your schedule/insurances Per diem, part time, and full time available
MUST for TCC:
Must be able to work as a team, with all care providers for the client. Provide resources when needed.
- Work in the office at least 2-3 days a week and Provide Telehealth Services when needed.
- Work with the client's care team/case management when needed.
- Strong back ground working with Children/Families & blended families.

Conduct patient assessments to determine their nutritional needs and develop personalized diet plans
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify any nutritional deficiencies or health conditions
- Provide health coaching and education to patients on proper nutrition and lifestyle choices
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to their diet plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification and Licensed in the state of CT.
- Strong knowledge of human physiology and the impact of nutrition on overall health
- Experience with tube feeding and alimentation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
