Who we are looking for to join our team

We are looking for best-in-class Merchandisers who enjoy creating product displays and store layouts that are appealing to consumers.

Merchandisers are part of a Service Execution Team (SET), who are assigned to specific customer accounts close to home. The Merchandisers’ mission is to establish a great rapport and relationship with our customers by delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years of age preferred);
• Valid Louisiana driver’s license and acceptable driving record;
• Provide his / her own reliable personal vehicle for business use;
• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background check
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
• Excellent customer relations skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under direction;
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend and move and climb in high, low, and tight areas to merchandise shelves and coolers and stock displays;
• Report to work on a regular and timely basis, and ensure that work responsibilities are covered when absent;
• Extended hours may be required as service needs dictate;
• Availability to work some weekends or holidays
• Have a personal email account and access to the internet
• Observe safety and security procedures, use equipment and materials properly;
• Able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Able to push / pull heavy loads up to 240 lbs.
• Minimum of one (1) year of merchandising experience in DSD industry is preferred;
• Consumer product industry sales experience is preferred;
