Key ResponsibilitiesCase Management:
- Accept and acknowledge receipt of case assignments promptly.
- Adhere to specific assignment requirements outlined by the Investigations Coordinator.
- Complete video surveillance of individuals as instructed.
- Conduct additional investigative tasks such as securing statements, inspecting scenes, performing activity checks, and obtaining documents.
- Maintain detailed written notes for each case.
- Submit all necessary materials to the Coordinator within strict timelines.
- Communicate regularly with the Coordinator to provide updates on assignments.
- Hold a valid State Driver's License.
- Possess a current Private Investigator License.
- Licensing in multiple states is advantageous.
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proven initiative and capability to work with minimal supervision.
- Own investigative tools such as a laptop, video cameras, and digital recording devices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
