A.N.D. Home Healthcare, LLC is seeking for a compassionate care giver for one client in the Annona area. Applicant must be self-motivated. Position requires creating an exceptional and professional quality of care at the client's home.

Schedules may change during the summer and holidays.

Working days:

Qualifications:

• Clean background check
• High School Diploma/GED
• Current CPR Certification
• Must have reliable transportation
• Minimum 1 year Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities

Work authorization:

• United States (Required)

Responsibilities:

• Must perform daily tasks as displayed in the client’s Habilitation Plan.Tasks may include bathing, grooming, transportation/ambulation, exercise, oral hygiene, skin care, administer medication and meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Observe clients for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, or injuries, and report promptly to the Program Manager
• Must demonstrate the ability to read and write legibly,
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment *
