Overview:We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team in Temple, TX, on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. This position offers the opportunity to work night shifts and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and patient education
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas
- minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in home health nursing
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
