As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will join the Home Sweet Home Clinical Team providing exceptional, expert care in your community. You will enjoy an autonomous practice focusing on medical intervention within the patient’s actual home environment. The Home Health space allows for the time to create one on one relationships with your patients and their caregivers and have some flexibility over your schedule that is not possible in the hospital setting. You will enjoy an autonomous but supportive work environment. We offer mileage reimbursement and will provide you a company tablet for documentation for full-time employees in our electronic medical record system (Kinnser). This position offers flexible M-F and weekends are optional depending on the days you are available to work. This position is for areas of coverage including North Phoenix, South Phoenix, and West Phoenix, and all of East Valley. Our agency is searching for nurses who are willing to take Medicare and Medicaid patients.
