Your primary responsibility will be driving the decision strategies to optimize fraud prevention and client experience measured against a set of Key Performance Indicators; false/positive alerts, client loss ratios, cross-Line of Business Service Levels and Turnaround Times. Our clients make a substantial volume of payments covering significant values, all of which can be compromised by external parties. Job Responsibilities Tasked with Operational Oversight of Fraud Operational core-cash functions including screening, investigations and recovery of Fraud activity across JPMorgan Payment Fraud teams including emerging payment rails, high and low value payments Build out of case management tool fostering a cohesive approach to cover multiple fraud operations and systems into a unified solution representing the multiple products Review Fraud monitoring systems, including replacement, upgrades, and performance to keep aligned with the JPMorgan Payments strategic vision Provide detailed production support information for internal/external clients and effectively deal with issues that are complex, confidential and sensitive in nature Create a great and inclusive culture, enhance employee engagement, and attract, develop, and retain the best, most diverse talent Develop policies, procedures, performance objectives and standards that are aligned to meet all regulatory and controls standards Ensure safe measures are in place to prevent fraud from internal treats of bad actors Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience managing fraud prevention initiatives and teams Strategic thinker that combines strong technical skills and creative problem solving -- turning strategy into actionable platform roadmap and delivery plans Demonstrated communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally to influence others, spur results/change and implement projects/processes Strong presentation skills to senior management team to spur business objectives/results Knowledge and experience of compliance, certification and regulatory aspects of payments in global markets Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Global payments flow and knowledge is highly desirable
