Our law firm is seeking a family attorney who can assist clients in navigating the sensitive legal issues of family law, including child custody, relocations, prenuptial agreements, divorce, alimony, and child support and be able to effectively engage in oral debate and negotiation even in highly stressful and emotional situations. Compensation:$130,000 - $157,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Handle the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings as needed
- Keep client files properly organized and up to date
- Represent clients in court proceedings as needed
- Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action
- Communicate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move through the civil litigation process
- Minimum of four years experience in family law
- Minimum of three years of Trial experience
- Admitted to the Florida Bar
- Ability to work without much supervision
- Desire to be the best
