What you will be doing:
- Provide a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of command level plans and programs
- Develop and evaluate program goals and objectives as they relate to operational events and milestones
- Develop and evaluate the effectiveness of planning actions and the relationship of various command entities involved with program planning, requirements, and execution
- Apply knowledge of military and commercial space, cyber, and intelligence operations as they apply to programs and systems
- Plan, organize studies, and negotiate with management to accept and implement recommendations
- Develop and recommend modifications to systems and programs around doctrine, tactics, and concepts of operations
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Comprehensive knowledge of the various command entities involved in the overall planning and execution of operations and evaluations
- Proven ability to design and conduct comprehensive studies related to space products and joint operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present findings and recommendations clearly to management and stakeholders
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of program goals, objectives, and operational milestones
- Experience in applying knowledge of space, cyber, and intelligence operations to program analysis and system evaluations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects and priorities
