Delta Solutions & Strategies is Hiring a Program Analyst Near Tampa, FL

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Program Analyst to support our United States Space Force Special Operations Element (USSFSOE) customer at MacDill AFB, FL. This position will provide business advice to the customer and provide full spectrum program analyst support.
What you will be doing:
  • Provide a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of command level plans and programs
  • Develop and evaluate program goals and objectives as they relate to operational events and milestones
  • Develop and evaluate the effectiveness of planning actions and the relationship of various command entities involved with program planning, requirements, and execution
  • Apply knowledge of military and commercial space, cyber, and intelligence operations as they apply to programs and systems
  • Plan, organize studies, and negotiate with management to accept and implement recommendations
  • Develop and recommend modifications to systems and programs around doctrine, tactics, and concepts of operations
What you will need:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the various command entities involved in the overall planning and execution of operations and evaluations
  • Proven ability to design and conduct comprehensive studies related to space products and joint operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present findings and recommendations clearly to management and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of program goals, objectives, and operational milestones
  • Experience in applying knowledge of space, cyber, and intelligence operations to program analysis and system evaluations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects and priorities
