We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team as a Full-Time employee.
If non-local, must be willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ and be onsite on day 1.
We cannot sponsor H1b for this position or consider C2C.
**Responsibilities:**
Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
Making decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
**Qualifications:**
At least 8 years in information technology
Minimum of 5 years in Agile Project Management
Hands on experience with: reporting, tracking & running meetings
Working with limited structure
Good process experience
Experience managing multiple IT projects
Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Extensive project management experience in software migration, upgrades, replacement projects
Worked with cross functional teams in various tech, business groups and vendor products.
Agile background is also required
