Seeking Experience Commercial/Post Construction/Floor Tech Cleaner

Cleaning Burlington Store

Scope of work:

Perform Commercial Cleaning such as Office Building, Government Buildings, Daycare Buildings, Retail Cleaning and more

This includes vacuuming carpet in the conference room, office space, and also common areas , dusting, mopping, wipe down light fixtures, door knobs, walls, tables and any equipment that can be kitchen equipment and appliances, also clean elevators inside and outside, also empty trash and add back trash bags. Clean restrooms , clean janitor closet organize and also make sure cleaning supplies and equipment is kept and stored properly, clean inside and outside of windows, buff & scrub floors.

Qualifications:
- Ability to operate equipment such as cleaning equipment
- Strong knowledge of how to store cleaning supplies and how to use it
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset, also would need a valid ID/Drivers License and Emergency Contact

The cleaning equipment and supplies will be provided by us with certain jobs

An extra income job/second job Pay is every week pay on Friday this will be a 1099 contract position

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $200.00 - $500.00 per week
