We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to join our construction team. You will play a vital role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities:
Support the site project manager in overseeing construction activities, including planning, coordination, and supervision on-site.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project schedules.
Assist in managing subcontractors and ensuring their work aligns with project specifications and safety regulations.
Aid in developing and implementing project plans, including resource allocation and procurement.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with plans and safety protocols.
Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation, such as reports and progress updates.
Support conflict resolution and effective communication among team members.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
