Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Lead to handle various maintenance tasks and light repairs. This role is crucial in ensuring that our community spaces remain functional and appealing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and light repairs.
• Handle light construction tasks such as signage, displays, truss setup, and painting.
• Conduct basic plumbing repairs.
• Undertake light installation of equipment or carpentry projects.
• Regularly inspect community spaces to identify and address issues with litter, mechanical failures, or breakdowns.
• Assist with other duties as needed to maintain facility operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and general repair skills.
• Ability to perform light construction tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
