Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoots problems, complaints and requests.
- Performs routine maintenance and repairs as assigned. ( i.e. change light bulbs, oil hinges, clear plugged drains, patching/painting, and reports major repair needs.)
- Assists tradesman as needed in areas of major repair and installation.
- Orders and maintains supplies.
- Responds to special function requests.
- Complies with established personal protective equipment requirements necessary for protection against exposure to blood and other potentially infectious body fluids, chemical disinfectants, radiation, asbestos and other hazardous substances.
Requirements include:
High School/GED equivalent required
Trade/vocational school graduate with relevant healthcare maintenance experience preferred
