Our esteemed client is seeking an Associate with 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation to join their Stamford, Connecticut office.
The Associate will oversee various aspects of complex commercial litigation, including discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, case management, and trial preparation.
About You
- Applicants should be knowledgeable about state and federal courts in Connecticut and eager to take on increased responsibility in a challenging work environment.
- Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a judicial clerk, dual admission in New York courts, and experience with government and internal investigations.
