The Staff Accountant will be an integral piece to our continued growth and expansion efforts into new markets, partnerships and product offerings. Responsibilities
- Payroll and invoicing
- Monitoring and executing commission payments
- Monitoring credit card statements and product returns
- Initiate subcontractor payments
- Cost analysis and forecasting
- Ensuring insurances and up to date
- Tracking marketing expenses
- Bachelors in Accounting, Masters a plus
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Experience with Netsuite/Oracle
- General ledger accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
