Capgemini is Hiring a Technical - Program Manager Near St. Louis, MO

  • Technical expert in Salesforce; order to cash workflow; led many large-scale initiatives to successful completion.
  • End to end vision to detail and find solutions for the gap.
  • As a Technical Program Manager should have managed at least 2 CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)Transformation implementation in Telecom Domain
  • Around 12-15 years of experience in either of Net cracker CPQ or Salesforce CPQ and building integrations with Salesforce CRM and Billing System
  • Must have good Solution Architecture experience in Lead to Quote process, in building CPQ Integrations with other Telecom OSS/BSS products such as CRM, DocuSign, Billing and Order Management products
  • Must understand the North American Telecom and Cable B2B products such as DOCSIS, HFC, Fiber, EVP, EVPL, CENTREX etc.
  • Should have good knowledge of implementing product model, product catalog, promotions, pricing rules, quote templates, multi quoting, quote approval workflows within the CPQ system and integration workflows and data mapping with external systems.
  • Good understanding of the Data Migration process required for CPQ implementation
  • Good communication across all levels and customer facing skills
  • Own the design, delivery of CPQ Implementation and external integrations with focus on user experience, extensibility, and performance while meeting customer's business objectives.
