Requirements
- BS degree or equivalent
- PMP preferred but not required
- 5 years of experience in a PM role
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proven track record of IT project management
- Strong project management skills in matrix organization
- Experience in some large transformational projects
- Able to quickly foster and build strong working relationships
- Experience with Agile, Planview, JIRA, JIRA Align
- Call Center knowledge and/or experience a plus
