We are seeking a skilled 1st Class, Residential Lead Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in painting techniques and the ability to lead a team effectively. I need someone responsible.

Duties:
- Oversee painting projects from start to finish
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
- Supervise painting staff while I am away on other jobs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional painter
- In-depth knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Familiarity with basic math for measurements
-Skilled in sheetrock repair.
- Proficiency in using power tools for preparation and finishing work
