**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to be the forward face of our business. This person will greet customers, answer phone calls, schedule appointments and be a compassionate, professional resource for our customers.
**Duties:**
- Manage and coordinate office operations
- Customer Service
- Light book keeping
- Manage schedules and deadlines
**Experience:**
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience working with a team
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Bilinqual preferred
