Your Role Responsible for overseeing and completion of all aspects of shipping and receiving of all parts needed in support of our digital signage network.

Primary tasks will be to receive, document and storage of incoming parts, and the shipping of all parts and other materials to destinations as directed.

Your Responsibilities

Receive, unbox, and document all incoming parts daily. Pack and ship parts and other equipment daily. Inventory and track all parts and equipment received and shipped.

Data entry tasks.Maintain a clean working environment. Assist with special projects as needed.Ability to follow complex instructions through to completion, with minimal supervision.

Ability to keep company information confidential.Must work in an efficient manner.

Physical Demands, Environment

Perform duties in a timely manner while unsupervised.

Your Qualifications

Computer skills required : MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Data entry and reports

Basic computer networking skills

Non-standard work hours

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Analytical / problem solving skills

Ability to prioritize / handle assignments and deadlines. Ability to handle the tasks associated with a fast-paced advertising environment
