Key Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive amazing Guest experiences in a team environment.

• Experience with effectively managing multiple commitments to Guests and internal stakeholders.

• Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing retail environment.

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least three years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.

• Proven track record of sales revenue growth.

Pay & Benefits

Base pay for a Mountain High Outfitters Store Manager is determined in part by experience and skill level, as well as individual Shop performance. The average base range is $50,000 - $60,000, and Store Managers are eligible for bonus pay that ranges between $1,000 and $5,000 per year. This is a salaried position and requires a work schedule of between 44 – 48 hours per week, depending upon Shop needs and season.
