The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Full Time Teller at our Southfield branch to join our family here at Zeal Credit Union.

If you have the qualifications listed below, this Member Service Representative - Southfield position might be just right for you:

* At least 6 months of Customer Service Experience

* Passion for helping others-truly enjoys working with, for and around people!

* Enjoys problem solving and taking initiative to deliver a solution to our member(s).

* Excellent Communication Skills

* High Attention to Detail

* High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous financial institution experience

* Previous sales and cash-handling experience

Essential Functions of the Member Service Representative / Teller:

* Balance teller drawer

* Provide members with information on additional products and services to meet their financial needs

* Maintain knowledge of Zeal Credit Union policies and procedures

Schedule:

Monday: 9:00am-6:15pm Tuesday: 9:00am-5:15pm Wednesday: 9:00am-5:15pm Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm Friday: 9:00am-6:30pm
