Job Overview:

As a Social Media Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing SEE Eyewear's social media strategy. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms to engage and grow our audience. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be essential in promoting our brand, products, and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing plans to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content (images, videos, graphics) for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, and others.
• Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
• Drive the influencer marketing strategy at SEE, driving reach and engagement with our target audience.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create on-brand content and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate influencer orders & product shipments, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our community to foster positive relationships.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.
• Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for fashion and eyewear is a plus.
