Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians in patient clinics, including managing patient flow.
• Input patient information into Electronic Medical Record system.
• Set up instrument trays for minor procedures and injections.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Maintain inventory of medical and cosmetic supply products.
• Answer phone calls from patients, pharmacies and physician offices.
• Perform various in-office tests on patients including taking medical photos.

Qualifications:

• Previous medical assistant/technician experience preferred but not required.
• Basic medical terminology preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/Confidentiality.
• MUST have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to satellite offices.
• Proficient with computers and EMR experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
