The Sales Assistant will be needed to work approximately 27-30 hours per week Friday to Tuesday.

This position requires the sales assitant to be helpful and courteous, have a professional personal appearance and have the excellent motivation and drive when speaking with new prospective buyers. The Sales Assistant will be scheduling appointments for the Sales Manager and enter prospect information into our database, so it’s important to have great computer skills. Email follow up is key when working with new prospects and the Sales Assistant will be responsible for maintaining sales centre items and marketing materials. It is preferred that this Sales Assistant is flexible to rotate to other Singh Homes locations when needed for assistance.

Job Requirements:

• Must be confident when interacting with prospective buyers in person and over the phone, able to execute telephone call-back campaigns, and very competent with computer data input.
• Additional requirements include:
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Law
• An outgoing, personable individual with great communication skills, in-person and over the phone
• Excellent computer skills
• Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter with a customer-service oriented personality
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, and travel to other Singh Homes locations when needed
• Walk models and inventory to make sure they’re presentable
• Must follow Singh Homes Employee Dress Code
• Check signs for maintenance, accuracy and cleanliness
• Monitor accuracy of marketing materials and literature for handouts
• Must be punctual, hardworking and trustworthy
