Celerity Consulting Group, Inc. is Hiring an Engineering Project Manager Near Sonoma, CA
- Project Manager** This position is hybrid and will require on-site meetings in Northern California at minimum, once a week. Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Duties include:
- Primary ownership of multiple projects
- Manage projects according to Project Management Professional (PMP) principles, as applicable
- Manage projects according to client policies and procedures
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and contractors
- Attend client project meetings and field site visits
- Provide status reports per client requirements.
- Apprise clients of issues which may impact scope, schedule, or budget
- Manage additional scope through the change order process
- Regularly seek client feedback
- Gain proficiency in the use of client software needed for project delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- May be required to work extended hours during special projects
- Adaptable
- Flexible when circumstances change that affect scope and schedule

- Communicates in a straightforward and tactful manner. Able to write in a clear and concise style.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Driver’s license and ability to drive to field locations as needed
- 2 years of experience in project management
- Project Management Professional Certification
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a mouse, keyboard, scanner, copier, and a calculator.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
